CMvizion History

The history behind CMvizion goes back to 2006, when a Vice President of Construction Management services with over 30-years idustry experience and a Sofware Architect first discussed the idea of building a simpler, more efficient, and less costly web enabled construction document management  solution.  In November 2006, CMvizion Version 1.0 was released.  Since then, CMvizion has progressed to become an industry shaker, offering a complete package that helps owners and construction management professionals track projects from design all the way through project completion, anytime from anywhere.

Through the years of product enhancements, some basic principles peristed.

1. Provide a friendly easy to use end-user interface.  Our philosophy is simple, clean, intuitive.
2. Eliminate any up-front capital investments = reduced risk.  CMvizion is offered through a pay-as-you-go model, also known as SaaS or Software as a Service.
