A disaster recovery plan and Business Continuation Plan is in place for our Datacenter.  The RTO for the Datacenter is dependent on the back-up option selected by the client.  Included in the base price for CMvizion is a full back-up once a week, along with daily incremental back-ups.  We retain the back-ups for two weeks.  In addition to the back-up at the Datacenter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a client may, for an additional fee, choose to also have data backed-up to other datacenters, helping to ensure a higher RTO.
